Product Case Studies is an open-source database designed to help product managers learn from real-world examples. We aggregate and categorize case studies from across the web - blog posts, conference talks, videos, and more - so you can quickly find relevant examples to inform your decisions.
Why We Built This
Product is constantly changing. 10 years ago I created a "Product Management Case Studies" repo that has since been collecting dust. Recently, I was inspired to repurpose and bring it back to life with the power of AI. I'm doing my best to work with AI to monitor the best sources, both free and paid, for us all to learn from. If you're a Claude user, I recommend using the MCP to interface with the data set. And even better, if you have a case study of your own you'd like to submit for consideration, I welcome it!
How to Contribute
I welcome contributions! The easiest way is to submit a case study directly on the site. Or, if you prefer GitHub:
- Fork the repository on GitHub
- Add your case study to the data file
- Submit a pull request with a brief description
AI Integration
Product Case Studies supports the Model Context Protocol (MCP), allowing you to query case studies directly from Claude, Cursor, and other AI-powered tools. We also provide an llms.txt file for AI discoverability.
